What is the point of having a machine with a very powerful motor, with a very robust bowl, with 2 accessories made of an equally resistant material, if the STICK (which is the part I use the most) is made of a SUPER FRAGILE material?
I think you should rethink your service and take this opportunity to correct your warranty policy (as well as the materials used in your equipment).

Ovaj mikser sam kupila 8. prosinca 2023. i već sam s njim ispekla nekoliko kolača. Međutim, prošli tjedan, kad sam završio s pečenjem kolača, otišao sam izvaditi šipku da je operem i, kad sam je okrenuo da je izvadim, pukla je i komad plastike je pao u tijesto za tortu. Jako sam se iznenadila, jer je aparat jako moćan i jako dobro tuče kolače, ali mislim da ovaj komad nije prikladan za aparat, jer nije baš otporna plastika. Već sam podnio zahtjev, ali rečeno mi je da jamstvo ne pokriva dodatke. Žao mi je zbog ovoga, jer da je kvaliteta materijala štapa bila ista kao i ostala 2 pribora, do ove situacije ne bi došlo. Koja je poenta imati stroj s jako snažnim motorom, s vrlo robusnom posudom, s 2 pribora od jednako otpornog materijala, ako je ŠTAP (koji je dio koji najviše koristim) izrađen od SUPER LOMLJIVOG materijala ? Mislim da biste trebali ponovno razmisliti o svojoj usluzi i iskoristiti ovu priliku da ispravite svoju politiku jamstva (kao i materijale koji se koriste u vašoj opremi).
